Digital hot air oven laboratory electric oven, product description, model no. Lab-5200, certified : an iso :9001:2008 certified, digital micropresser pid controller , specification (three side heating elements) standard double wall fabrication, inner chamber made of richly anodized aluminum or highly polished aluminum chamber Exterior fabricated out of thick milled steel sheet duly finished in white stoving enamel powder coated paint with mat finished colour combinations. Kanthal wire heating elements provided on three sides to attain quick and uniform heating in range of 50 c to 250 c, 2 c, controlled by capillary type thermostat. J-shaped sensor is built-in type. Control panel is provided with selector switch of high or low rates of power thermostat control knob and indicators for mains & thermostat. Supplied with cord and plug. The equipment is suitable to operate on 220 vac 50 hz single phase, size : 300mmx 300mm x300mm, digital temp.controller
Gravity Convection Ovens are especially designed to best handle light weight materials such as powder, fabrics, films and granular materials etc. As these types of materials require natural air flow, these gravity convection oven units do not have fan or blower fitted inside the chamber. The role of these ovens also becomes more important, where testing two or more samples at same time is necessary and avoiding cross contamination between samples is prime requisite.

Economical models are designed with Powder-Coated Cold-Rolled Steel exterior and aluminum interior and rotary switch for temperature adjustment; while, premium range features stainless steel exterior and interior both and microprocessor controlled temperature and time adjustment device. Each unit offers highly efficient heating. With low watt density heating elements, these units keep your energy consumption low.
